My girlfriend Sarah had just finished her masters degree in accountancy. She worked so hard while balancing a part time job, and I was so proud of her perseverance. Graduation day was cold but bright as we made our way to the ceremony venue. I cheered as loudly as anyone when Sarah's name was called. At the celebratory dinner afterwards, I shyly presented her with a bracelet. When she opened the box and saw it, her whole face lit up in the biggest smile. She threw her arms around me and gave me a kiss, thanking me for always supporting her dreams. I was so grateful to be a part of her special day.
