I met Mark while visiting my friend in Seattle. We happened to sit next to each other at a crowded coffee shop. After a small argument about who got the last scone, we started chatting and really hit it off. We exchanged numbers and went on our first date a few nights later. Mark was so easy to talk to and made me laugh. Our relationship grew long distance as I had to return home, but we made it work with frequent visits and daily calls. Two years later, he surprised me with tickets to Seattle for a weekend away - and got down on one knee at our favorite restaurant. I couldn't believe my luck to have found someone as wonderful as Mark. Planning our wedding from a distance was challenging but so worth it. The sunny Saturday we wed was perfect. Our ceremony overlooking the Golden Gate Bridge took my breath away as I walked down the aisle to Mark. Exchanging our vows in front of family and friends was magical. Dancing the night away at the reception, I couldn't stop grinning like an idiot looking at my handsome husband. As we cut the cake and shared our first dance as spouses under the stars, I felt like the luckiest woman alive. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more - it was the best day of my life celebrating our love surrounded by those we cherish.
