We recently celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary, a milestone that both of us are incredibly proud of. On the day of our anniversary, I decided to keep things simple yet meaningful. We started the day with our favorite tradition: a walk in the park near our home. Hand in hand, we strolled along the familiar paths, reminiscing about the years we've spent together. Later, I surprised Seraphina with a small gift. It wasn't the grandeur of the gift that mattered, but the sentiment behind it. She was deeply moved, and we spent a moment in quiet appreciation of our enduring bond. We ended the day on our porch, under the starlit sky. We shared stories, laughter, and a few tears, reflecting on our shared history and looking forward to the years to come. It was a simple day, but one that perfectly encapsulated the love and companionship we've shared for six decades.
