When I playing with my wedding ring, thinking about how Alex and I got together. Alex and I met in a quaint bookstore café, both reaching for the last copy of "The Great Gatsby." Instead of arguing, we decided to share it, meeting weekly to discuss chapters over coffee. What started as book club for two turned into actual dates. We're both total nerds about old books and weird movies nobody's heard of. Our first kiss? It was during this midnight showing of "Casablanca" - super romantic! It wasn't all perfect though. Alex had to work in another country for a year. But we wrote actual letters to each other, filled with our favorite book quotes. We're married this year, planning an awesome honeymoon where we'll visit places from our favorite books.
