It seems just yesterday Evan and I married young. While he worked tirelessly as a physician, I focused on our home and two kids. Time truly does fly when you're surrounded by love! To celebrate our sapphire anniversary, we hosted a backyard party, reuniting with old friends. We danced at the yard and Evan thanked me for support these years. And he presented an exquisite Ruby pendant necklace. Slipping it around my neck, I can't stop crying. Though our bodies have changed with time, his heart remains as the first day.
