It's been 25 years since we've been married.
It's been 25 years since we've been married. When we first started out we were just youngsters, and now we've become middle aged. To celebrate this special occasion, my wife suggested we take a vacation in Florence. On our last day of vacation, my wife brought me to the same bridge where I proposed all those years ago. She presented me with a handcrafted ring box. When I opened it, there was a matte brushed band embedded with an emerald cut stone. She said, "I've loved you deeply for these 25 years, and will continue to do so for the future." We've started a family, with 2 children who also now have families of their own. Looking back on these 25 years, I'm always amazed at how swiftly time passes. But as long as I have her by my side, the inevitable passing of time doesn't seem so bad. She said yes wedding ring witness to our love.
