I can't believe another year has gone by and Simon and I are celebrating our silver wedding anniversary.
I can't believe another year has gone by and Simon and I are celebrating our silver wedding anniversary. So much has changed since we were fresh-faced college sweethearts in Sydney all those years ago. Simon was studying finance while working part-time at the local bank. He climbed the ranks quickly in the bank. Meanwhile, I focused on starting a family after we wed - raising our two busy kids has kept me more than occupied over the years! We've built a beautiful life for our family here. I feel beyond grateful that even as Simon's career became more demanding, he always made time for our little ones and I. To mark our special milestone, Simon arranged an anniversary party on our back deck overlooking the glistening waters. Surrounded by close friends and family, dancing under the stars, I felt overwhelmed with love for this man who has been by my side through it all. He is truly my person and this city will always feel like home as long as he is by my side.
