To celebrate 25 glorious years of marriage, Javier planned a week-long Caribbean cruise for just the two of us to recreate our honeymoon. Dancing under the stars, soaking in hot tubs overlooking the ocean, long walks on deserted beaches - it was so romantic reconnecting as a couple. One night, Javier made a heartfelt toast about what an adventure our life has been so far. I was moved to tears hearing how I continue to inspire him to be a better man each day. As we slow danced holding each other close, I felt overwhelmed with gratitude and love for this man who has shared all of life's joys and sorrows alongside me for a quarter of a century. I look forward to creating new memories with my soulmate for many anniversaries to come.
