Stella and I have always loved exploring new places together. For our third wedding anniversary, I wanted to do something really special to celebrate our shared passion for travel. As avid travelers, Paris had been our dream destination for years. To surprise Stella, I secretly booked us a long weekend getaway to the romantic city. When I revealed the tickets to Paris on the morning of our anniversary, her eyes lit up with joyful excitement. We spent three magical days immersed in French culture. Wandering hand-in-hand along the cobblestone streets, taking in iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame at all hours of day and night, sampling delicious pastries and wines. On our last evening in Paris, I arranged a private dinner at a bistro along the Seine River. As we dined on French cuisine with the City of Lights sparkling all around us, I gave Stella a small jewellery box. Inside were the stud earrings in the shape of the Eiffel Tower. Tears welled in her eyes as she admired them, forever remembering this dream trip we had shared together. Three years of marriage had flown by, home is where she is.
