We returned to the seaside boardwalk where he first kissed me and strolled hand in hand just like that magical night long ago. At our favorite pier restaurant, we recounted our early dates to the staff who've watched us grow old together. Back at the B&B where we spent our wedding eve, faded photos helped us reminisce until late. Reconnecting to spots significant to our bond's start left me smiling at young lovers long turned gray. Rediscovering sweet beginnings gifted the perfect anniversary joy for two still deeply in love after over half a century.
