We've been together for almost 10 years now,
We've been together for almost 10 years now, which is hard to believe. Our anniversary is always a time to reflect on how far we've come. I still remember our first date like it was yesterday - we met at a local pub for drinks and just clicked right away. There was an instant connection and ease between us. A few months later, on a weekend trip to Edinburgh, John popped the question with a beautiful ring from SHE.SAID.YES. We had a small wedding a year later with just close family and friends. Now with two kids (aged 6 and 4), life is busier than ever but our love has continued to grow stronger. To celebrate our 9th anniversary this year, we're planning a weekend getaway just the two of us. No kids! We'll spend time relaxing at a bed and breakfast near the coast, cooking nice dinners together, taking long walks, and hopefully even squeezing in a round of golf for John. Mostly I'm looking forward to uninterrupted conversations, laughing together, and reminding ourselves why we work so well as a team after all these years.
