When the time came for her first ultrasound appointment, I arranged a special surprise. After watching our little peanut appeared on the screen, the technician said they were finished. But I had one more thing to do. I took Emma to a small church nearby. Kneeling before her swollen belly, I spoke from my heart about how much joy she has brought to my life already and how grateful I am that we created this little miracle together. Pulling out the ring, I asked her to marry me. Through happy tears, her sais "Yes!". Sliding the ring on, I embraced my beautiful bride-to-be, overjoyed that we expand our family and spend our lives together. The future looks brighter than ever.
