Ted and I met 4 years ago when I was new to the neighborhood.

Ted and I met 4 years ago when I was new to the neighborhood. He was a firefighter and always helping the community - fixing flat tires, even reuniting me with my frightened lost pup! His kind spirit and quick laugh captured my attention. Ted soon became a friend and I was falling love with him soon. I loved how his work strengthening others also strengthened his gentle soul. It's the third year since our first date. He remains my favorite person to experience life alongside. While his demanding job means last-minute shifts, I'm constantly in awe of his courage and dedication to serve.
