As we celebrate 20 years together, I can't help but think back to how we first met.
As we celebrate 20 years together, I can't help but think back to how I first met with Ted. We literally crashed into each other on the park trail. When our eyes met amongst the leaves, I felt an instant spark. From that moment on, our feelings steadily grew as we spent long summer evenings exploring nature's beauty and discussing life's deepest questions into the night. Ted always inspired me with new ideas, helping me learn and improve while bringing countless laughs. One year later on our anniversary, after a romantic picnic under the moon, Ted took my hands and looked at me with so much love. When he asked me if I wanted to marry him, my heart was overflowing with happiness in that moment. Now 20 years have passed. Looking back, I'm so thankful for every step we've taken together.
