Kate and I were set up on a blind date by mutual friends. I'll never forget seeing Julie for the first time when she walked into the restaurant, looking radiant in a red dress with a warm smile that made my heart skip. Our chemistry was instant and we ended up closing down the restaurant after talking for hours. The rest was history - we've been inseparable ever since that first date. Our wedding a year later was pure magic with all of our friends and family surrounding us with love on the most important day of our lives. The years since have flown by in a blur. From getting our first home to having kids, we've shared so many amazing milestones together. Even after nearly a decade of marriage, I still get butterflies in my stomach when I look at Kate. For our anniversary this year, I surprised Kate with a vow renewal ceremony in front of our closest loved ones. As we said "I do" all over again, it felt like falling in love with her for the very first time. I'm just looking forward to the next ninth anniversary now!
