With our two kids and busy jobs, Jack and I don't often find time for just the two of us anymore, but he makes the effort count. From that very first dad I still look back on so fondly, I knew he would be an amazing father and partner. And now with two little ones bringing so much joy but also exhaustion, our connection needs extra effort to stay strong. This anniversary, he arranged for the grandparents to stay overnight so we could celebrate alone. After sushi at our favorite local spot, we walked along the river reminiscing about our early dating days, engagement, and everything that's happened since. Through it all, Jack has been by my side as my best friend and I look forward to creating more happy memories as our family grows.
