This year was the first time I celebrated Father's Day alone with my dad.
This year was the first time I celebrated Father's Day alone with my dad. I woke up early to prepare his favorite pancakes and coffee. After finishing cooking, I woke up my dad who was still sleeping. During breakfast, I kept my dad company and chatted with him affectionately. Seeing how happy dad looked while eating made me very satisfied. After the meal, we cleaned the garden together. In the afternoon, I prepared a surprisingly touching greeting card and a ring for dad, filling it with expressions of love for him. Dad read it with excitement and hugged me tight. Being with dad, I felt the deepest warmth of affection. I'm lucky and happy to have grown up under dad's protection.
