I can hardly believe 25 years have passed since Teddy slipped that engagement ring on my finger during our trip to Italy. Teddy knew from a young age that cooking was his passion. After we married, I supported him unconditionally as he worked his way up in various restaurant kitchens. Finally, he achieved his dream of opening his own restaurant in our little town. As for me, I focused on starting our family. Our twins are now off studying Culinary Arts of their own accord. I couldn't be prouder of the lives we've built and the legacy Teddy has created through his food.To celebrate our silver anniversary, Teddy prepared the most exquisite five-course meal for just the two of us. Through all the years of long hours and stressed kitchens, Teddy's flame for me never extinguished. Many more years of "bon appetit" to come, my love.
