It was a beautiful summer day in July when John and I said our vows inside St. Mary's Church.
It was a beautiful summer day in July when John and I said our vows inside St. Mary's Church. The sun was shining brightly through the stained glass windows as all our friends and family packed the wooden pews. I still remember how nervous yet excited I felt walking down the aisle on my father's arm towards the altar where John was waiting for me. When our eyes met, all my nerves disappeared. As the organ played, I knew this was the start of our new life together. We exchanged our personal vows in front of the priest, promising to love and cherish one another forever. When he announced us man and wife, John dipped me into a romantic kiss - our first as a married couple. We then proceeded outside where our photographer captured special moments from our wedding mass amongst the greenery. It was the happiest day of our lives, one we will cherish forever as we continue building our story together in this wonderful city we call home.
