The autumn leaves were just starting to change when Adam and I tied the knot last year. We met in a bookshop cafe near my school - he was waiting for a friend, but that meeting turned into hours of chatting over coffee. Adam proposed during a weekend getaway to a quaint bed and breakfast, the perfect romantic setting. Planning the wedding was a labor of love. I still remember the details like picking out fabric swatches at the local boutique for our tablecloths. The big day arrived - saying "I do" in the gorgeous downtown park with skyline views nearly brought me to tears. Dancing under string lights as the sun went down, I gazed into Adam's eyes, so thankful for the life we were starting together. Our wedding was perfect because we were surrounded by those we cherish most. I'll treasure that special day forever.
