When my husband and I discovered we were expecting our first child, I knew my mom would be overjoyed. She's been waiting years to be a grandmother! For Mother's Day, I gave her the heart-shaped birthstone necklace from SHE.SAID.YES to represent our growing family. The stones for each of our birth months sparkled so beautifully. At the baby shower last weekend, I helped Mom clasp it around her neck. As she gazed at the necklace, tears welled up in her eyes. "I can't wait to hold this little one and watch them grow up with you both," she said. I'm so grateful to have her love and support as Matt and I start the next chapter of our lives together.
