Bonnie and I have always been quite content doing our own thing together without a lot of fanfare.
Bonnie and I have always been quite content doing our own thing together without a lot of fanfare. So to celebrate 5 years as a couple this past month, we wangted to lay low and enjoy the quiet moments we both cherish. I planned a picnic dinner where we chatted for hours about life, love and whatever crossed our minds and then I gave her a couple ring. Being with Bonnie just has this calming effect where all the noise of the world fades away. I truly appreciate how grounded she keeps me, and how she sees straight to what really matters without judgment or drama. While a lot of people seek excitement through socialization or parties, I've learned true joy comes from simple - strolling through nature holding hands, curling up to read side by side, listening as she shares her thoughts. I feel so lucky to have found someone who understands my need for stillness and companionship without pressure or expectations. It made these last 5 years together the happiest of my life so far.
