Mark and I were overjoyed to finally become parents to our daughter Riley a month before our anniversary.
Mark and I were overjoyed to finally become parents to our daughter Riley a month before our anniversary. We wanted to do something special to celebrate Riley’s first month and our 2nd year of marriage. We decided to recreate milestone moments at home - eating at the restaurant we got engaged, dancing to our first dance song, video calling friends and family. The highlight was when Mark re-proposed to me with Riley in his arms! Instead of a ring, he gave me a diamond bracelet from She Said Yes and said, "Thank you for our beautiful family." With Riley yawning between us, we slow danced with my head on Mark's shoulder. This cozy anniversary with our baby girl was more special than any fancy dinner out!
