Graduation day was filled with nerves and excitement.

Graduation day was filled with nerves and excitement. After the ceremony, I scoured the crowd hoping to spot my parents, but couldn't see them. As I began to worry they hadn't made it, a familiar laugh came from behind me. I spun around to see my grandpa beaming with pride, having flown halfway around the world to see his oldest grandchild graduate. Tears welled up as I hugged him tight, overjoyed he had kept his visit a surprise.
