Liam and I have lived in Sydney for the past 2 years since I took a job transferring here from Melbourne.
Liam and I have lived in Sydney for the past 2 years since I took a job transferring here from Melbourne. We were both hesitant about the big move at first, having built our lives and friends in the city we met. But Sydney has a way of growing on you, much like Liam did when we first started dating. To celebrate our 4th anniversary, Liam surprised me with tickets to the Australian Open tennis finals. We cheered on our favorite players under the hot sun, stopping to cool off with shrimp sandwiches from the vendors between sets. As the sun set over Rod Laver arena, painting the cityscape shades of orange and pink, I felt grateful for the life we've built together in this vibrant coastal city I now call home, with Liam by my side every step of the way.
