Brian and I first met at a college party during freshman year.
Brian and I first met at a college party during freshman year. We ended up in the same classes and our friendship soon blossomed into romance. We were inseparable all four years and moved in together after graduation. After a year of living together, Brian proposed during a sunset picnic at our favorite beach. We got married in a simple ceremony surrounded by close friends and family. For our first anniversary, he surprised me by transforming our living room into a romantic candlelit dinner. He made my favorite meal, and gave me a heartfelt scrapbook filled with photos and mementos from our relationship - concert tickets, a pressed flower from our first date. It wasn't anything fancy, but his thoughtfulness meant the world to me.
