So this whole thing started three years ago when I met Jack in this cooking class.
So this whole thing started three years ago when I met Jack in this cooking class. We got stuck together trying to make pasta from scratch - and oh my god, it was such a mess! We had flour literally everywhere, but somehow our ravioli turned out pretty good. The teacher actually liked it, which was shocking! We were so pumped we went for coffee after. Every weekend after that turned into our little cooking show. We'd hit up the local markets on Saturday mornings (me being super organized with my shopping list, while Jack just grabbed whatever looked good). He's totally a "throw stuff in and see what happens" kind of cook, while I'm there measuring everything down to the last gram - but somehow it works! Now we're heading to Italy for our honeymoon (yes, we're that couple who plans their honeymoon around food!). Just sitting at the airport, and I can't stop smiling thinking about all the amazing food we're gonna try - and probably mess up trying to make at home later! Crazy how a disaster with some flour turned into... well, this!
