From our first date at a local brewery, I was hooked - Alex has an infectious laugh and zest for life that drew me in immediately. We became inseparable, though it still feels like yesterday that I anxiously awaiting her answer when I popped the question during a camping trip up the coast. Now as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, I feel beyond lucky to still be enjoying life's adventures together. Between busy careers and our kids, time together isn't always easy to find. But every year on this date, no matter where life has taken us, we try to reconnect just the two of us. This year we're planning a weekend getaway road trip - no set plans, just driving with the windows down and seeing what interesting places we discover along the way.
