When Jason asked me to come with him to Disneyland for his birthday, I was thrilled.
When Jason asked me to come with him to Disneyland for his birthday, I was thrilled. We had been dating for a year, and Disney trips were some of our favorite traditions. As we walked down Main Street holding hands, I could sense Jason was acting a little nervous. "Is everything okay?" I asked. Jason took a deep breath. "Actually, I wanted to do something special for my birthday. Will you meet me by the castle in an hour?" Puzzled, I went on some rides with friends while awaiting the mystery meeting. When the clock struck 6, I made my way to the castle. Jason was waiting there, down on one knee holding out a ring. "Emily, you've given me the happiest year of my life. Will you make me the luckiest guy in the kingdom and agree to be my wife?" I gasped. "Yes!" I cried joyously as fireworks exploded above. Our storybook romance was just beginning in the most magical place on earth. I couldn't wait to start this new chapter with my prince charming.
