I was surprised at how fast they were able to hand craft my wife's ring. They sent me updated photos while it was being made, and asked if it was okay to ship. They really were committed to making sure I was happy with the purchase. It came exactly as promised and she is absolutely happy with it. And of course, so am I. It's hard to get a ring in purple, but we got something very nice and special.
