These are great now that I've gotten them in. It had been a long time since I've worn earrings in my second ear hole because they always stabbed me when I slept, so these seemed like a great solution. I don't feel a thing, and I haven't had any issue with poking while I'm sleeping. Not having to take these earrings out is amazing.
