Return Policy
1. All SHE·SAID·YES items are customized based on your personal preference, including stone color, stone type, metal color, metal type, and engravings(if any). They are 100% handcrafted; we will deduct the workforce fee (30% of the order price) from the refund if returned.
2. SHE·SAID·YES will deduct shipping fee (varies depending on the country)and gift packaging charges ($20) from the refund.
Exchange/Resize Policy
SHE·SAID·YES will charge 20% of the order price workforce fee to exchange or resize the items.
Cancellation Policy
All items will be sent to production within 6 hours after we receive the payment. Each item is customized based on your own preference.
