If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unworn condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
Return Policy
1. All SHE·SAID·YES items are customized based on your personal preference, including stone color, stone type, metal color, metal type, and engravings(if any). They are 100% handcrafted; we will deduct the workforce fee (30% of the order price) from the refund if returned.
2. SHE·SAID·YES will deduct shipping fee (varies depending on the country)and gift packaging charges ($20) from the refund.
Exchange/Resize Policy
SHE·SAID·YES will charge 20% of the order price workforce fee to exchange or resize the items.
Cancellation Policy
All items will be sent to production within 6 hours after we receive the payment. Each item is customized based on your own preference. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.
