She Said Yes Jewelry
Free 365-Day Warranty
At She Said Yes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Every ring, necklace, and earring is handcrafted with care, using only the finest materials – because we believe your love story deserves nothing less.

1. Warranty Coverage

She Said Yes offers a 1‑year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects that may arise with normal wear.

If we determine that your piece has failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace your jewelry at no cost to you. For warrantied repairs, return shipping to the customer is complimentary.

Please note: If your fine jewelry is damaged within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it without charge.

2. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from:
1. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or natural fading of rhodium plating.
2. Prong wear, bending, or catching over time.
3. Impact-related damage, including chipped, cracked, or broken stones.
4. Loss of gemstones caused by everyday wear or impact.
5. Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance of the piece or any stone.
6. Damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, or immersion in pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
7. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or excessive wear beyond normal use.
8. Repairs or modifications performed by a jeweler other than She Said Yes.
9. Damage caused by failure to perform reasonable care or maintenance.

Important: Prongs wear down over time and may require restoration as part of normal wear. Damage from prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time is not covered under this warranty.
Repairs that are not covered under the warranty will have a price quoted for approval before work is performed.

3. Complimentary Aftercare Services (During Warranty Period)

During your 1‑year warranty period, we offer the following complimentary services to help maintain the beauty and integrity of your piece:
1. Clean, Assessment & Polish – A professional clean, inspection, and polish to ensure stones and settings remain secure.
2. Rhodium Plating – Complimentary once during the warranty period to restore the bright white finish of white gold pieces.
3. We recommend having your jewelry cleaned and inspected every 6 months, or after any trauma, to help prevent stone loss and extend the life of your piece.

4. Stone Care & Replacement

While our 1‑year warranty covers craftsmanship and the precious metal components of your piece, it does not cover stones that are lost or damaged due to impact, improper care, or normal wear.
If you notice a loose stone, experience an impact, or find a stone missing:
1. Stop wearing the piece immediately.
2. Contact us here with photos and a description of the issue.
3. Our team will assess the piece and guide you through the next steps.

5. Insurance Recommendations

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage to center stones. We strongly recommend a third‑party insurance policy for all engagement rings and products over $500 USD. Your insurance should cover loss, theft, and damage of diamonds and gemstones.

6. How to Request Service

To request a warranty service or aftercare appointment:
1. Contact us here with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
2. Our team will assess your request and provide instructions for shipping your piece to us (if required).
3. Once received, we will inspect your piece and complete the service within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping fees: For warrantied repairs, return shipping to the customer is complimentary. For non‑warranty services, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: The warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable. Unauthorized repair, modification, or alteration performed by any person or entity other than She Said Yes will void the warranty.

7. Caring for Your Jewelry

To maintain the beauty and integrity of your piece:
1. Clean regularly with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft toothbrush.
2. Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes.
3. Schedule professional inspections every 6 months to ensure settings remain secure.
4. Store your piece separately in its original box to avoid scratches.
