Although we do not have retail stores elsewhere, we are experienced in working with customers remotely and have shared in thousands of engagements and weddings around the world.

To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, SHE·SAID·YES does not allow multiple pieces to be purchased for comparison. Comparison purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. While this typically means an adult must be present to sign upon delivery, the final process may vary slightly depending on your local courier’s specific procedures.

Can I return my purchase if I'm Not Happy?
You may return or exchange the item in its original, unworn condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.

Will I get a full refund for my return?
Because each of our pieces is handcrafted to order based on your unique preferences, we’re unable to offer free returns. To maintain our high standards of customization and craftsmanship, a 30% workforce fee will apply for refunds to cover the bespoke production costs.
How long does it take for the refund to be processed?
After we receive your returned order, we will inspect it and issue a credit within 24 to 48 hours. Your card issuer will determine how long the money takes to be refunded.
