Easy 30 Days Returns
All SHE·SAID·YES items are custom made or specially ordered pieces are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client, while we still want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at SHE·SAID·YES. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unworn condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.
1. All SHE·SAID·YES items are customized based on your personal preference, including stone color, stone type, metal color, metal type, and engravings(if any). They are 100% handcrafted; we will deduct the workforce fee (30% of the order price) from the refund if returned.
2. SHE·SAID·YES will deduct the shipping fee (this is the shipping fee we sent out to you, it is varies depending on the country)and gift packaging charges ($20) from the refund.
PS: The shipping rate before the discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
3. SHE·SAID·YES reserves the right to limit purchase activity or place limitations on returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous returns policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
SHE·SAID·YES will charge 20% of the order price workforce fee to exchange or resize the items.
All items will be sent to production within 6 hours after we receive the payment. Each item is customized based on your own preference. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee. Make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Please contact SHE·SAID·YES to get authorization before shipping it back.
2. The time frame for return & resizing must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. The item must also be accompanied by the Moissanite report, or 5% of the item charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
6. When returning, exchange or resizing items, customers must use a shipping method that can be tracked. Returns or resizing with no tracking will not be processed.
7. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
1. Do not remove the jewelry tag until you are certain you want to keep your item. The tag does not need to be removed for ring sizing purposes. The thread is extremely thin and will not impact how the ring fits.
2. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package.
1. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
2. If you placed your order with a gift card, you will be refunded in the form of store credit. Shipping charges or additional service charges will not be refunded.
Orders to USA Destinations qualify for Easy Return Shipping, and SHE·SAID·YES will reimburse customers $30 as the return shipping fee via store credit for any return or exchange service. Orders shipped to International Destinations also have 30 days to return the item, but, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
